Job summary

Talent Quarter is seeking an NDIS Service Manager to lead the team across three small disability accommodation services near Richlands, QLD, ensuring high standards of person-centred care and independent living for residents.

You will oversee budgeting, KPIs and compliance, mentor managers and staff, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing teams across multiple sites (essential).
• Budget management and interpretation of financial information.
• NDIS/SIL experience highly regarded and beneficial for role.

Responsibilities

• Lead managers, clinical and care staff across three small disability services to ensure resident-focused care.

About the role:

The NDIS Service Manager will help to ensure high standard of care is met across the small NDIS accommodation services based close to Richlands, QLD which include person centered care, responsive and support the residents with disability to live as well and independently as is possible.To help achieve this purpose, the Service Manager will provide effective support and leadership to the team of Managers and staff across the South Brisbane region.

Duties:

• Lead the team of Managers, clinical and care staff across three small disability accommodation services to ensure appropriate care are delivered that meet residents needs.
• Develop a continuousimprovement culture and mentor teams in the resolution of disability care, issues and problems.
• Build strong relationships with the wider multi-disciplinary team to facilitate the ongoing growth and delivery of quality services to residents.
• Identify and resolve operational issues asthey arise.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational, Safetyand Health requirements including appropriate Injury Risk Management.
• Experience overseeing residential or accommodation-based services supporting up to 38 residents with diverse needs and goals
• Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, KPIs and operational performance
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to quality, compliance and continuous improvement
• NDIS and/or supported accommodation (SIL's) experience will be highly regarded

Skills and experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in human servicesorequivalent experience in Community/NDIS/SIL's (essential).
• Experience inmanaging budgetsandinterpreting financial information.
• A current and valid QLD Driver's Licence.
