Job summary

Alliance Care Hub in Melbourne's Docklands is seeking a contract on-site Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred clinical care to NDIS participants. You will perform comprehensive assessments, care planning, wound care, medication administration, and monitor complex health needs, while liaising with families, support coordinators, and other health professionals.

You'll maintain accurate documentation, uphold NDIS Practice Standards, and contribute to safeguarding and quality improvement

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA and eligibility to work in Australia.
• Experience in disability, community, or primary health nursing, preferably within NDIS.
• Strong skills in assessment, care planning, medication management, wound care, and complex health needs.
• Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding principles.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with integrity, accountability, and respect.
• Proficiency in basic digital and clinical record systems, with attention to confidentiality.
• Current police check and NDIS Worker Screening; relevant vaccinations.
• Commitment to CPD and reflective practice.

Responsibilities
