Job summary

Therapy Pro is seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner in Melbourne's South East to develop trauma-informed support plans. This role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team while ensuring a sustainable workload with only 5 billable hours per day. You’ll work locally to support clients in various settings and enjoy a generous professional development budget. Experience isn't mandatory; you'll be supported to grow your skills and confidence within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• NDIS-endorsed Behaviour Support Practitioner status (Core or above) is essential.
• Valid WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Confidence in working independently in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop strengths-based, trauma-informed behaviour support plans.
• Conduct functional assessments and apply evidence-based strategies.
• Support clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
