Job summary

Scope (Aust) is seeking a Quality Business Partner to provide expert guidance to operational leaders on risk, incident management, and quality improvement. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality services while uplifting workforce capability and supporting accreditation readiness.

You will lead incident and feedback management, manage compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements, and advance continuous quality improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of quality management systems including incident management, continuous improvement, auditing practice.
• Experience in a quality related role within the disability sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence and knowledge-based advice to leaders on risk, incident management, quality improvement, audit, quality metrics and data-informed decision making.
• Lead the organisation's incident and feedback management processes related to incidents, complaints and feedback from clients and their families and supporters.
• Ensure Scope’s incident management process and workflows are implemented as planned.
• Respond to requests for support related to incident management, complaints management or other quality activities.
• Respond to requests for information from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
• Lead serious incident reviews and investigations to produce informed recommendations and learnings.
