Job summary

Drake International is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a growing Melbourne-based NDIS allied health provider. The role involves delivering evidence-based OT services to NDIS participants across home, community, clinic and telehealth settings, with a varied caseload for adults and children and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• NDIS experience is preferred and advantageous.
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills.
• Experience delivering Occupational Therapy interventions across home, community, clinic and telehealth settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) and Occupational Therapy assessments.
• Deliver goal-focused therapy interventions across home, community, clinic and telehealth settings.
• Complete NDIS reports, progress reports, support letters and funding review documentation.
• Recommend assistive technology, equipment and environmental modifications.
• Build strong relationships with participants, families, carers, support coordinators and healthcare professionals.
• Manage a mixed caseload of paediatric and adult NDIS participants.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet reporting requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision and multidisciplinary collaboration.
