Job summary

Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking Expressions of Interest for an NDIS Local Area Coordinator (LAC) at Singleton site (HNER). This full-time role (38 hours, Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) offers two days work-from-home, with a SCHADS 4.1 package starting at $92k per year plus salary packaging up to $18,550 and super.

RDOs monthly support flexible work-life balance. You will link participants to and navigate the NDIS, helping develop plans, explore funding options, and support goals.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with disabilities and families.
• Knowledge of NDIS and Local Area Coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a KPI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Link participants to services and supports within the NDIS.
• Guide participants through options to make informed choices.
• Develop NDIS plans with participants and assist in plan implementation.
• Support participants through the various stages of their pathway.
