Job summary

An Inclusive Society in Adelaide, SA is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred supports for participants under the NDIS. Join a values-driven team delivering care across metropolitan Adelaide and surrounding areas.

You will assist with daily living, social participation, transport, and capacity building, while adhering to the NDIS Code of Conduct and maintaining clear documentation. Training, supportive management, and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Undertake Australian work rights and consent to checks.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and assistance with daily living.
• Community participation and social engagement.
• Transport to appointments and activities.
• Domestic assistance and household tasks.
• Skill development and capacity building.
• Support participant choice, independence and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate shift notes and documentation.
• Comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards.
