Job summary

Blue Wing Care is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our allied health team in Campbelltown and South West Sydney. This role focuses on NDIS disability physiotherapy, addressing mobility, positioning, transfers and respiratory care for people with lifelong disability.

You will collaborate with our supported living teams, train staff, and maintain documentation to NDIS Practice Standards while building long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Australian driver's license and insured vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat mobility, posture, positioning and transfers.
• Prescribe mobility equipment, seating and pressure care in partnership with our occupational therapists.
• Write and review manual handling plans, and train support workers to follow them.
• Contribute to complex and high-intensity support planning alongside behaviour support and nursing.
• Keep clinical notes and documentation to NDIS Practice Standards.
