Focused Well-being Services Pty is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team delivering mobile NDIS support across Ipswich and west Brisbane. You will work directly with participants to assess needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and help them achieve their physical goals.

Applicants must hold AHPRA registration, have experience with NDIS clinical reporting, a current driver's license with reliable transport, and Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening.

Qualifications
