Job summary

Care 4 Home is seeking a compassionate and reliable support worker to join our NDIS team in Frankston, VIC. This casual role offers flexible hours based on participant needs and involves working with young children and toddlers with disabilities.

You will support families, manage behaviours, and maintain clear documentation while delivering person-centred, high-quality care. A Working with Children Check, current NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with young children and ASD
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate
• Working with Children Check
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide support with participating families and manage behaviours
• Regulate the participant and support development in daily activities
• Maintain professional documentation and communication with Care 4 Home team
• Deliver person-centred support with warmth, respect and professionalism
