Northbridge It Recruitment is seeking a strong supervisor with expertise in Telecommunications fixed infrastructure in Melbourne, Australia. You will oversee site deployment and maintenance, lead field teams, and plan projects to meet deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, managing vendors, conducting site surveys, troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and fostering positive client relationships throughout project

Qualifications

• Capable of understanding rod and rope practices.
• Experience with NBN and or Telstra Works.
• Capable of supervising field resources.
• Construction experience preferred.
