Job summary

The Natural Grocery Company – Murwillumbah NSW is seeking a passionate Retail Assistant: Naturopath on a permanent part-time basis, starting in October 2026.

Work 1 or 2 days per week, with scope to increase for the right candidate, including Thursday and Friday or Friday only. This role blends naturopathic duties with in-store retail tasks, stock ordering and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Naturopathy including current Naturopath Registration (including insurance) - Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) - Essential
• Current First Aid & CRP Certificate
• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Ability to work as a part of a team and independently
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends and public holidays
• World-class enthusiasm and initiative

Responsibilities

• Stock ordering, retail sales and date checking alongside naturopathic duties
• Provide friendly, customer-centric service in a busy natural foods store
• Contribute to a positive work environment and team collaboration
