Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, preferably Resources sector.
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to produce presentation material quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with colleagues and clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute transaction workstreams across M&A and capital markets.
• Prepare pitch books explaining trends, options and strategies.
• Generate ideas and approaches to push the business forward.
• Coordinate with senior colleagues and investors to meet client needs.
• Create and analyze financial models for complex deals.
• Build and maintain client relationships to expand network.
• Identify problems, propose options and solutions; support junior bankers.
