Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects Australia is seeking a Transformer Services Manager to establish and lead a national transformer installation and services capability from the ground up. You will own the end-to-end delivery of transformer receipt, transport inspections, assembly, oil processing, testing and commissioning support.

Initially hands-on in the field, you will mentor teams, drive best practices, and shape planning, resourcing and scheduling as the capability matures across multiple sites

• Experience delivering transformer installation and service projects.
• Ability to mentor field teams and implement best practices.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills across multiple sites.
