Fyfe is seeking an experienced leader to shape and drive our Transmission & Distribution capability across Australia. You will guide four specialist teams, set technical strategy, and elevate delivery across major projects with senior client engagement.

Reporting to the General Manager - Energy, you will build high-performing teams, develop capability and resourcing plans, and strengthen Fyfe's position in power networks, renewable energy, and data centers.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and senior engineers
• Strong understanding of Transmission & Distribution sector
• Track record in shaping capability and delivery
• Experience building client relationships in power networks and renewables
• Comfort with cross-disciplinary project delivery and teams

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical and strategic direction of Fyfe's Transmission & Distribution capability.
• Build and develop teams, with responsibility for capability, succession and resourcing.
• Influence major project outcomes, providing senior technical, commercial and delivery oversight.
• Strengthen key client relationships and support major opportunities across Power Networks, Renewable Energy, Data Centers and Contractors.
• Shape sustainable growth, balancing pipeline, utilisation, project performance and capability development.
