Qualifications

• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear advice for senior executives and Ministers.
• Experience in complex, fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Highly developed stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgement.
• Experience leading policy, reform, project or program outcomes.
• Desirable governance and project planning experience.
• Leadership, coaching or mentoring capability.
• Experience within disability reform, social policy or related sectors.
• Experience delivering complex procurement outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and implementation of complex policy and reform initiatives.
• Analyse complex policy issues and provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality briefs, reports, presentations and other strategic products.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities and influence policy implementation outcomes.
• Support branch leadership and foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
