Job summary

Talent in Canberra is seeking an experienced policy lead to drive reform initiatives from development through to implementation, coordinating across teams and agencies.

You will analyse complex policy issues, prepare briefs and presentations, and influence practical policy solutions while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic policy and implementation experience
• Experience leading policy, reform, projects or programs in the public sector
• Excellent analytical, written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Sound judgement and governance capability
• Experience working with legislation
• Knowledge of the disability sector, strategic commissioning or Commonwealth procurement would be advantageous
