Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB is seeking a Safety, Health & Environment Manager to lead and influence SHE across Australia, strengthening risk management and compliance. You will own the national SHE framework and drive improvement across manufacturing, warehousing and commercial sites, ensuring safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplaces.

You will partner with leaders to translate complex requirements into practical actions that improve performance, culture and risk reduction

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in OH&S, Environmental Management, Science or Engineering.
• Significant SHE experience in manufacturing, warehousing or similar operations.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS/OHS and environmental legislation.
• Experience managing or supporting ISO 14001 EMS.
• Strong capability in risk assessment and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the organisation's SHE framework.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders on SHE matters and manage risk.
• Coordinate incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Support audits, training and capability development.
• Oversee workers compensation and return-to-work programs.
