Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a National Payroll Manager based in Parramatta to lead payroll for a large, dispersed workforce. You will coach seven direct reports and collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and operations to ensure accurate, compliant payroll services across the business.

With strong SAP Payroll expertise, you will drive governance, system improvements, and stay ahead of Australian payroll legislation and enterprise agreements.

• Significant experience leading end-to-end payroll in a large organisation.
• Strong SAP Payroll expertise and governance experience.
• Deep knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and awards.
