Qualifications

• Experience leading quality, continuous improvement, or operational excellence programs.
• Strong knowledge of management systems, auditing, and compliance frameworks.
• Track record of delivering business transformation and performance improvement.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, or related sectors.

• Drive measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen governance, compliance, and management systems across a national workshop network.
• Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational discipline.
• Build capability, influence leaders, and deliver sustainable organisational change.
