The Company is seeking a Head of Quality to lead a transformation project that will redefine the quality strategy and operating model across its extensive manufacturing portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with executive leadership to drive organizational transformation and commercial improvement, as well as leading a strategic assessment across the company's operations in Australia and New Zealand. This senior leadership role demands a holistic approach to quality, including the evaluation of the current function's structure, leadership, capability, systems, and governance to establish a clear strategic direction. The Head of Quality will also be tasked with developing a commercially grounded transformation roadmap, strengthening quality governance, and connecting quality performance to commercial outcomes.Applicants for the Head of Quality position at the company should be accomplished senior quality leaders with a proven track record of transforming quality functions within complex manufacturing organizations.
