Job summary

ONCALL Group Australia is seeking a National Quality, Compliance and Risk Manager to lead audits, compliance and policy development across the organisation. Reporting to the National Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, embed safeguarding practices and ensure accreditation standards are met.

You will bring tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in NDIs/regulatory frameworks, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and strong leadership to build resilient quality systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in audit, quality, compliance and WorkCover policy development.
• Knowledge of the NDIS and DHHS regulatory framework and its legislative requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to drive a continuous improvement culture.

Responsibilities

• Audit, risk and compliance management across the organisation.
• Conduct internal audits and provide reports to relevant business units.
• Review and develop audit tools and schedules; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate external audits and manage incident, complaints, risk, quality reporting.
