Job summary

InsideOut Institute is seeking a part-time Project Manager to lead the Upskilling the Mental Health Workforce in Evidence-Based Eating Disorder Interventions project. You will oversee planning, delivery, governance and evaluation, coordinating across research, digital and clinical streams to strengthen workforce capabilities.

The role involves national implementation, collaboration with headspace, Medicare Mental Health services and PHNs, and ensuring outcomes align with funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in project management or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience leading complex projects from planning through delivery and evaluation.
• Proven ability to engage and negotiate with diverse stakeholders across complex environments.
• Strong critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, delivery and evaluation of the Upskilling Project within scope, budget and timeframes.
• Develop and oversee governance structures, milestones and risk mitigation.
• Build and maintain partnerships across the mental health sector.
• Oversee implementation of eating disorder digital innovations nationwide.
• Monitor performance, finances, quality and outcomes, and report to funders and stakeholders.
