InsideOut Institute is seeking a part-time Project Manager to lead the Upskilling the Mental Health Workforce in Evidence-Based Eating Disorder Interventions project. The role focuses on embedding care pathways across national mental health services, with end-to-end leadership from planning through evaluation.

You will coordinate with national partners and deliver digital training, webinars and clinical capacity-building initiatives, while ensuring milestones and outcomes align with funded

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualifications in project management or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience leading complex projects from planning through delivery and evaluation.
  • Proven ability to engage, influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience within Australia’s mental health service system is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, delivery and evaluation of the Upskilling Project.
  • Develop governance structures, milestones and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Build partnerships across the mental health sector.
  • Oversee digital innovations and national rollout of eLearnings.
  • Monitor performance, financials and reporting to funders and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with governance requirements and drive sustainable delivery.
