Job summary

The National Landcare Network in Canberra is seeking an experienced National Program & Evaluation Manager to lead national program delivery, monitoring and evaluation and to demonstrate the collective impact of community Landcare across Australia.

Reporting to the CEO, you will develop NLN’s National Impact Framework, manage grant delivery and reporting, and coordinate data to inform investment decisions and policy advocacy. This role is fixed-term, 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering funded programs and monitoring & evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to turn program activity into credible evidence of impact.
• Strong analytical and written reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of national programs.
• Manage program and grant delivery against milestones and budgets.
• Develop and implement NLN’s National Impact Framework.
• Produce evaluation reports and impact dashboards for leadership and partners.
