UGL Pty Limited has a national Permit-to-Work Specialist opportunity supporting Defence fuel operations across Australia. The role blends site visits, office tasks and work-from-home flexibility, with travel to multiple locations as needed.

The successful candidate will review permits and SWMS, mentor Permit Officers, and drive continual improvement of permit-to-work systems within a high-risk environment, reporting to the National HSE Manager.

Formación

• Proven experience in a Permit-to-Work, Safety or Operational role within high-risk industries.
• Strong understanding of permit-to-work systems, risk management and safe systems of work.
• Experience reviewing permits, SWMS and safety documentation.
• Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel nationally.
• Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain Defence Security Clearance (NV1).

Responsabilidades

• Review permits, SWMS and safety documentation to support safe delivery of work.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Permit Officers across locations.
• Act as the lead permit-to-work specialist across the network.
• Work with Defence stakeholders on maintenance, construction and commissioning activities.
• Travel nationally as required and contribute to continual improvement of permit systems.
