Motion Asia Pacific Pty is seeking a highly experienced National Manager – Contracts to lead strategy, negotiation and management of national contracts across Australia. You will work with senior leaders, customers and suppliers to deliver sustainable growth and commercially sound agreements.
You bring proven expertise in contracts, commercial management, sales or related fields, with strong negotiation, stakeholder-management and leadership capability.
As National Manager – Contracts, you will lead the strategy, negotiation and management of national contracts and agreements. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, sales, operations, suppliers and key customers to deliver sustainable growth, strong customer outcomes and commercially sound agreements.
You bring experience in contracts, commercial management, sales or a related field, together with strong negotiation, stakeholder-management and leadership capability. You are commercially astute, organised, analytical and comfortable managing competing priorities. Experience with national accounts, tenders, contract risk and process improvement will be highly regarded.
Relevant qualifications in contracts, commerce or law are desirable. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required
This role is designed for someone who enjoys combining commercial leadership, customer partnership and team development. The position leads the National Contracts Team and reports to the EGM Industrial Solutions. It offers broad exposure across national sales, operations, supply chain, finance and technology teams.
Provide high quality Industrial & Engineering Products and services including, bearings, power transmission, fluid power, seals and MRO consumables to all industry segments, serviced by our 85 plus strategically located Branches around Australia.
