Job summary

Shaw Industries in Australia seeks a National Key Account Manager to lead the COREtec Floors brand across New Zealand. This hands-on, service-led role builds trusted partnerships, trains partner teams and ensures COREtec remains the first choice for flooring.

Reporting to the APAC team, the role is based in Australia (Sydney preferred, Melbourne considered) with regular NZ travel, and requires a strong understanding of the New Zealand market and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a professional sales role.
• Experience in or with the New Zealand market.
• Willingness to travel to New Zealand frequently.
• Must have valid Australian working rights.
• Based in Sydney or Melbourne.
• Consultative, relationship-led approach with the ability to present to groups.
• Product training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Build and grow relationships across the New Zealand account network.
• Customer Service: Guide partners through ordering, product selection and after-sales support.
• Sales Training: Conduct in-person training for retail and distribution partners across New Zealand.
• Presentations: Deliver clear, professional brand presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Travel: Regular travel to New Zealand is required, with substantial in-market time.
• Reporting: Provide analytical updates to APAC management on market conditions and performance.
