Shaw Industries Group, Inc. seeks a National Account Manager to own the COREtec Floors brand across the New Zealand market. Based in Australia with regular travel to New Zealand, you will build trusted partnerships and ensure partners are trained and supported.

Reporting to the APAC management team, you will manage a key national account, guide customers through ordering and growth, and present to C-suite and senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a professional sales role.
• Experience in or with the New Zealand market.
• Willingness to travel to New Zealand frequently.
• Australian working rights required.
• Sydney (NSW) based; Melbourne (VIC) considered.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and grow relationships with the New Zealand account and its network.
• Guide partners through ordering, product selection and after-sales support.
• Conduct in-person training for retail and distribution partners in New Zealand.
• Deliver clear, professional brand presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Regular travel to New Zealand (Auckland, Wellington and regional centres) is required.
• Provide straightforward, analytical updates to the APAC management team on market conditions, account health and sales progress.
