Job summary

Nine is seeking a National Head of Graphics to lead a story-centric, national graphic design function across linear, streaming, and digital platforms. Based in Sydney, you will drive workflow automation and a template-first strategy, aligning design output with Nine's Future News transformation.

You will unite creative design, enterprise technology, and commercial management to keep Nine at the forefront of Australian visual journalism.

Qualifications

• Senior candidate with leadership of distributed design or production teams.
• Strong commercial acumen in budgets, vendors and IT contracts.
• Technical authority in broadcast and digital graphics systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead national graphics function across broadcast, streaming, and digital.
• Drive template-first design and automated workflows.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Oversee high-impact visual design for network events and sport.
• Partner with editorial, news and commercial leaders to align goals.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary design team and drive change across newsrooms.
