Zenergy Group partners with a well-established Australian organisation to recruit a National Health & Safety Business Partner. The role supports operations across multiple locations with hands-on safety leadership, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will engage with frontline teams, operational management and senior leadership, travelling to sites as required and shaping safety performance through inspections, training and risk management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety or equivalent.
• Experience as an H&S Advisor, Senior Advisor or Business Partner.
• Experience across infrastructure, utilities, engineering services, facilities management, manufacturing or similar field.
• Practical experience managing workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Strong capability in incident investigations, risk assessments, inspections and audits.
• Working knowledge of contemporary safety management systems and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across levels.

Zenergy is partnering with an established Australian organisation to recruit an experienced National Health & Safety Business Partner to support its operations across multiple locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced H&S Advisor or Business Partner looking to broaden their responsibilities within a diverse operational environment, providing practical safety support to frontline teams, operational management and senior leadership.

About the Role

Reporting to the H&S Manager, you will provide hands-on safety support across a geographically dispersed workforce, with a strong focus on operational engagement, injury management and continuous improvement.

Working closely with operational leaders and frontline personnel, you will support safety performance through workplace inspections, incident investigations, training, risk management and ongoing assurance activities.

This position will suit an experienced safety professional who enjoys being visible in the field, building strong relationships and taking ownership of a broad H&S remit across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visible, hands-on safety support across operational teams and field-based activities.

About You

• Diploma or tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in an H&S Advisor, Senior Advisor or Business Partner position.
• Experience across infrastructure, utilities, engineering services, facilities management, manufacturing or other operational environments highly regarded.
• Practical experience managing workers' compensation, injury management and return-to-work activities.
• Strong capability in incident investigations, risk assessments, workplace inspections and audits.
• Working knowledge of contemporary safety management systems and relevant ISO standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence personnel at all levels.
• Comfortable working autonomously and travelling to operational sites as required.
• Current Australian driver's licence and full Australian working rights.
