Qualifications
- 7+ years in enterprise sales or key account management in logistics sector.
- Proven leadership of national or regional sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, pricing and yield management experience.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute national sales strategies to exceed revenue, margin and market-share targets across express freight, logistics, and supply chain portfolios.
- Team Coaching & Development: Mentor and upskill account executives to foster accountability, trusted business advisors and high performance.
- Portfolio & Contract Management: Oversee complex multi-modal tender responses and implement 12-month customer contact plans.
- Commercial Strategy & Yield Management: Support pricing, yield management and business planning activities to optimize profitability across national accounts.
- AI & Tech Adoption: Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and CRM utilization to optimize sales pipeline.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Analyst, Operations, Commercial and Customer Experience teams to optimize capacity and delivery.
