Job summary

TAFE NSW External seeks a Strategic Partner Coordinator (Aboriginal Targeted) to lead the national delivery of EarTrain, coordinating workshops and online learning for healthcare professionals serving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. This temporary, full-time role requires building strong partnerships and managing multiple projects across Australia.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma at AQF level 5–8 or equivalent with vocational/industrial experience.
• Experience planning, developing, implementing and reporting educational programs in a high workload environment.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate practical skills workshops and virtual delivery across Australia.
• Plan, implement and monitor high-quality educational programs in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure training solutions meet community needs.
