MSS Security is seeking a National Contract Governance & Assurance Manager to oversee governance, compliance and assurance across a portfolio of major national contracts, including complex government agreements. Qualifications

• Experience in contract assurance, compliance, governance, quality, contract management or a similar complex environment.
• Ability to interpret detailed contractual or regulatory requirements and translate them into practical controls and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and data-management skills with the ability to identify gaps and trends.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent written communication for governance documentation and reports.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain contract obligation, compliance and assurance registers.
• Monitor contractual KPIs, deliverables, deadlines and evidence requirements across national operations.
• Identify compliance gaps, overdue actions and emerging risks, escalating where required.
• Coordinate regular client reporting with accurate evidence.
• Analyse and validate operational, workforce, training, compliance, HSE and incident data.
• Lead governance meetings, reporting packs, minutes and action registers till completion.
• Maintain contract-specific training matrices and audit-ready records.
• Support audits by ensuring records, controls and evidence are readily available.
• Clarify contractual requirements with Business Managers to strengthen accountability.
• Continuously improve governance processes, reporting templates and controls.
