Job summary

Fitness and Lifestyle Group is seeking an on-site Cleaning Services Manager to lead our national cleaning program across Australia. You will oversee external cleaning partners, ensuring safety, quality, and compliant delivery for a multi-site club network.

The role requires travel to interstate sites and close collaboration with senior leaders, finance and area managers to optimise performance and costs. On offer is a comprehensive benefits package and on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing national or multi-site service contracts (preferably cleaning, facilities, or maintenance).
• Strong supplier and vendor management capability with a focus on performance.
• Experience leading operations across many sites and a national footprint.
• Proven ability to resolve performance issues and drive service recovery.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with national cleaning suppliers.
• Primary contact between FLG Operations and cleaning contractors.
• Ensure services meet scope, SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage contract variations, extensions and scope changes.
• Ensure compliance with insurances, WHS and labour standards.
• Monitor national cleaning performance and dashboards.
