The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and a customer‑centric approach, plus a current Australian driver licence. Salary is AUD 80,000–90,000 plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• AQF Diploma or higher qualification (or overseas equivalent).
• 3+ years of management experience in cleaning or facilities.
• Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning operations andQA.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and selling services by building client relationships and responding to inquiries.
• Plan, organise and coordinate day-to-day cleaning operations across sites.
• Recruit, train and supervise cleaning staff to ensure quality service.
• Manage sourcing, procurement and stock control of chemicals and equipment.
• Develop and review service standards, budgets, and cost controls.
• Ensure WHS compliance and site health and safety practices.
• Investigate and resolve client issues and service complaints promptly.
• Assist Directors with business improvement and contract expansion.
