People with Disability Australia (PWDA) is seeking an exceptional executive to lead its national advocacy function from PWDA's Sydney base. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee an ~$8m portfolio spanning individual and systemic advocacy, uniting teams, building leadership capability and strengthening organisational culture.

You will influence national disability policy, drive operational excellence and have opportunities to deputise for the CEO, supporting broader executive leadership

Responsabilités

• Lead PWDA's national advocacy function and shape its impact.
• Oversee an ~A$8m advocacy portfolio and ensure financial sustainability.
• Mentor senior managers and develop leadership capability.
• Strengthen organisational culture with clear expectations and communications.
• Drive strategic policy priorities related to NDIS and systemic reform.
• Strengthen partnerships with government, funders and sector stakeholders.
• Represent PWDA nationally in public advocacy and policy discussions.
• Collaborate with CEO and Board on strategy and growth.
