Job summary

Eaton, a global power management leader, is seeking a Technical Services Engineer in Rowville to provide expert remote and on-site support for MV equipment across the ANZ network.

You will lead troubleshooting, coordinate commissioning, testing and maintenance, develop training materials for field technicians, and collaborate with customers and service partners to improve reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MV switchgear diagnostics and electrical measurements experience.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, SLDs and test reports.
• Experience supervising subcontractors or technicians in field service.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for MV equipment across the ANZ partner network.
• Lead troubleshooting and field investigations to resolve MV faults and performances.
• Prepare commissioning, testing, and maintenance documentation including SWMS.
