St. Andrew’s Christian School (STACS) is a growing Preparatory to Year 12 coeducational school in a rural setting situated close to Grafton in the beautiful Clarence Valley. The Valley boasts an extensive river system, proximity to pristine beaches, World Heritage Rainforests and beautiful national parks. We are seeking a motivated Christian Music Teacher to join a supportive and collaborative staff who provide a quality education in the STACS community.

Key responsibilities and position description:

The School is seeking a 0.8 Permanent Part Time Music teacher to join STACS in 2026, to teach music across Primary and Secondary School. The successful candidate will be an exceptional educator, who is highly motivated to support STACS to maintain and develop learning and innovation, ensure continued academic achievement and inspire, engage and value every student.

• Experience in teaching Music for Primary School and Stages 4, 5 & 6.
• Experienced in leading ensembles/choir.
• Willingness to teach within another subject area.
• Knowledge of curriculum and the ability to deliver effective pedagogy in an innovative and engaging manner.
• Experienced in establishing priorities and goals for the department.

Develop innovative lesson plans that integrate biblical truth to the senior student body. Teach a dual curriculum in both Mathematics and Music through engaging instruction that fosters a positive, respectful and focused classroom culture.

This is a part-time position to commence in January 2026 with induction.
