St Andrew’s College, Marayong, a Catholic secondary school, seeks a passionate Music Teacher who can also teach Mathematics. This permanent full-time role commences January 2027 and offers a supportive faith-filled community where students are encouraged academically, spiritually and personally.

Qualifications

• Hold recognised tertiary qualifications in Secondary Education, with Music as a teaching area.
• Demonstrate the qualifications, experience or capability to teach secondary Mathematics.
• Hold current NESA accreditation or be eligible to obtain accreditation.
• Hold a valid Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Music and Mathematics learning experiences.
• Inspire students to develop their musical knowledge, skills and creativity.
• Contribute to performances, ensembles and the wider creative life of the College.
• Use contemporary and evidence-informed teaching practices.
• Create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Use assessment and student data to inform teaching and provide meaningful feedback.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and build positive relationships with students and families.
