PWE Quarry Services in Nyora, VIC is seeking an experienced Multiskilled Operator/GPS Grader Operator to join our dynamic team. You will operate mobile plant including excavator, dozer, loader, grader, ADT and watercart, and contribute to safety and efficiency on site.

Formación

• Various plant experience including Excavator, Dozer, Loader, Grader, ADT, Watercart.
• Relevant VOC tickets.
• Driver's license and White Card.
• Experience working in a quarry environment.
• Use of initiative, proactive and organised approached to work.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment (including Drug and Alcohol Testing).

Responsabilidades

• Mobile plant operation including Excavator, Dozer, Loader, Grader, ADT, Watercart.
• Responsible for your own and fellow coworkers Safety, Quality and Environmental.
• Report any incidents, near misses and hazards immediately to PWE management.
• Punctuality with start, finish and break times.
• Must be able to work in a cohesive team environment .
• Complete site specific inductions.
• Sign on to all relevant SWMS and SOP's.
• Complete documentation where required e.g. Take S's, Timesheets etc.
• Pre-start meeting attendance and consultation with the team every morning.
• Responsible for Continuous improvement. Monitor and analyse operational performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Work inline to all client provided documentation and requirements.
• Performance in conjunction with Legislative Requirements and PWE documentation including Policies, SWMS, SOP's, Management Plans.
