Job summary

Glencore Australia is seeking an experienced Multiskilled Operator to join the Rolleston Open Cut Production team in Central Queensland. You will be responsible for operating heavy earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently, and collaborating to meet mine production targets.

Reporting to the Mining Supervisor, you'll maintain accurate records, support continuous improvement, and uphold Glencore's safety standards and site values while working a 7/7 day/night roster with competitive

Qualifications

• Experience operating large mining equipment.
• Experience in open cut mining environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of risk management and safe work procedures.
