Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience with professional audio and/or video studios in broadcast, podcast or digital media.
• Strong technical knowledge of audio recording and mixing, video production and camera systems, and lighting for studio environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills under time pressure.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of macOS.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical contact for networked cameras, recording systems, and lighting rigs across three locations, ensuring studios are production-ready.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics for audio, video, or lighting issues in live or recorded sessions.
• Deliver inductions to multimedia staff on safe usage of hardware and software.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers on repairs, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Maintain inventory of studio and field recording equipment and plan lifecycle management.
