Job summary

Spire Retail - Sharetea / Doughkyo is seeking a full-time Multimedia Designer to support the Marketing team from our Melbourne office. The role focuses on creating engaging digital and visual content for our website, apps and campaigns, helping our franchise network grow and enhance customer engagement.

You will collaborate with management and external partners to develop concepts, wireframes and production-ready assets, ensuring brand consistency across web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Multimedia Design, Digital Design, Interactive and Mobile Media, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Animation, or a closely related discipline.
• At least one year of full-time experience in website and mobile application design, preferably involving retail, loyalty programs, e-commerce, or customer engagement platforms.
• Full Australian work rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holders of a visa with unrestricted full-time work rights).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for the hospitality, food and beverage, or retail industry.

Responsibilities
