Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable in a physical role and proactive.
• Experience in general building maintenance incl. basic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical.
• Strong problem solving and ability to communicate with staff, guests and contractors.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all rooms, amenities, and communal spaces in good condition.
• Collaborate with a diverse team and work independently.
• Tackle maintenance challenges and implement improvements.
• Perform maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance projects as required.
