Job summary

Accor Apartments & Realty is seeking a hands-on Handyperson to maintain rooms, amenities and communal spaces, performing a range of repairs and preventative tasks across the property. You will spot issues early, use basic carpentry, plumbing or electrical skills, and work flexibly to keep the property in pristine condition.

You will collaborate with a diverse team and communicate effectively with guests, managers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of performing hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Experience with general building maintenance; carpentry, plumbing or electrical basics preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests, managers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rooms, amenities and communal spaces in excellent condition.
• Collaborate with a diverse team and work independently as needed.
• Perform maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance projects.
• Be available for shifts including weekends and public holidays.
