Job summary

Med-X Healthcare Solutions in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Multi Stop Driver to deliver and collect clinical waste and hygiene products. You will operate a large van, load and unload at customer sites, and maintain safe driving practices while documenting loads and paperwork.

The role offers independent field work with a team‑oriented culture, a rotating Saturday shift, and an occasional overnight run. A C class license and 1+ year driving experience are required, with bonus for MR license

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience (multi‑drop preferred).
• Valid C Class license with a clean driving record (MR preferable).
• Working with Children Check (employee) preferable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a tight‑knit team.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Safe manual handling abilities – regular pushing/pulling of 660L bins and occasional lifting of 240L bins (16–25kg).
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using smartphone applications.

Responsibilities

• Service/collect sanitary waste bins and hygiene products at schools, clinics and businesses across Melbourne metro and surrounds.
• Operate a large commercial van or light truck safely, loading and unloading at customer sites.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe truck.
• Accurately complete service paperwork and record load weights.
• Provide excellent customer service while working independently in the field.
• Rotating Saturday shift and once a month overnight run.
• Ensure compliance with Med-X policies, procedures, and WHS requirements.
