Job summary

Med-X Healthcare Solutions, part of the Freightways Group, seeks a proactive Multi Stop Driver to service clinical waste and hygiene products across the Melbourne metro area. You’ll work independently, handle 660L/240L bins, and maintain a safe, clean vehicle while delivering reliable service.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of multi‑drop driving, a clean C‑class license (MR preferred), and a strong customer‑service mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience (multi‑drop preferred).
• Must have a valid C Class license with a clean driving record (MR preferable).
• Working with Children Check (employee) preferable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a tight‑knit team.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Safe manual handling abilities – frequent pushing/pulling of 660L bins and occasional lifting of 240L bins (16–25kg).
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using smartphone applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect sharps containers and clinical waste bins (660L and 240L).
• Service / collect sanitary waste bins and hygiene products at schools, clinics and businesses across Melbourne metro and surrounding areas.
• Operate a large commercial van or light truck safely, loading and unloading at various sites.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe truck.
• Accurately complete service paperwork and record load weights.
• Provide excellent customer service while working independently in the field.
• Rotating Saturday shift and once a month overnight run.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and WHS requirements.

What You’ll Do
