Job summary

Labourforce is recruiting experienced production/machine operators for our long-established Adelaide manufacturing client. The role requires multi-skill capability across assembly and moulding, strict WHS compliance, and the ability to read BOMs and work instructions. You will operate various equipment, perform changeovers, maintain production run rates, and accurately record outputs. Strong teamwork and fitness are essential.

• Strong multi-skilling across production and moulding.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions.
• Compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to meet run rates as per standard times.
• Comply with WHS instructions and workplace processes.
• Understand and follow BOMs, work instructions and routings.
• Maintain run rate and perform changeovers as directed by Shift Team Leader.
• Ensure recording systems are completed and submitted accurately.
• Work effectively within a team and maintain safety.
