Job summary

Exact Contracting Pty Ltd seeks a versatile multi-skilled plant operator for remote civil, road and mining projects in the Northern Territory. The role involves operating heavy equipment on challenging sites with FIFO rosters of 14/7 or 21/7.

A strong commitment to safety and teamwork is essential. Ideal candidates will have a valid HR licence, White Card and plant tickets, with GPS experience and prior mine or civil site operation.

Qualifications

• HR driver's licence is essential.
• Current Construction White Card is essential.
• Nationally accredited plant tickets are desirable.
• GPS experience is highly desirable.
• Previous plant operating experience on civil or mine sites is preferred.
• Proven commitment to health and safety.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and show initiative.

Responsibilities

• Operate graders, excavators, dozers and loaders on remote civil, road and mining projects.
• Work on FIFO rosters (14 days on/7 off or 21 days on/7 off).
• Contribute to high safety and quality standards on site.
• Collaborate with crew to ensure project timelines are met.
